The problem
Most leaflet campaigns are managed on a spreadsheet and a hope.
Areas get double-covered or missed. Nobody is certain a street was actually walked. And when the invoice arrives, there is no honest answer to the only question that matters: did it bring any work in?
Plan areas on a map
Search a postcode, draw a boundary, and get an estimated property count for the area you have selected.
Assign routes to people
Split a campaign into named routes and offer them to distributors, who accept or decline on their phone.
Track deliveries by GPS
Distributors start a route in their browser. You see the breadcrumb trail, distance walked and time taken.
Manage availability
Distributors mark the days they can work. You see who is free before you allocate anything.
Track enquiries and jobs
Log enquiries against a campaign by tracking number, QR code or by hand, and record which turned into work.
Measure real ROI
Print, distribution and other costs against enquiries, jobs won and revenue. Cost per enquiry, cost per job, return on spend.
Contracts and terms
A master agreement plus per-route terms for rural, hilly or urgent work. Every acceptance is recorded.
Invoices without the chase
Distributors raise invoices in the app from the work they completed. You approve, reject or mark them paid.
Proof of distribution
Every route keeps its GPS trail, delivered quantity and completion notes, so you can show a client what was done.
Who it is for
Built for the people doing the walking, and the people paying for it.
Distribution companies
Manage a team of distributors, allocate rounds, prove delivery to your clients and keep contracts and invoices in one system.
Trades running their own drops
Electricians, plumbers, roofers and builders who post their own leaflets and want to know which streets are worth repeating.
Marketing agencies
Run leaflet campaigns for clients with area planning, delivery evidence and reporting that stands up to a client review.
Common questions
How accurate are the property counts?
Counts are estimated from open mapping data and are a planning figure, not a guarantee. You can override any count with a confirmed number, and the system records which figure came from where.
Do distributors need to install an app?
No. The distributor portal runs in a mobile browser and can be added to the home screen. GPS tracking runs only while a route is started, and stops when it is finished.
Are distributors tracked all the time?
No. Location is recorded only between pressing Start and Finish on a route they have accepted. There is no background tracking outside a live delivery session.
What happens if a phone loses signal?
Location points are stored on the device and uploaded when the connection comes back, so a patchy signal does not lose the trail.
