How it works

From a blank map to a measured campaign.

The whole workflow lives in one place, so nothing has to be re-keyed between a spreadsheet, a messaging app and an accounts package.

Create a campaign

Name the campaign, set the dates and record what you are delivering, how many, and what the print run cost. Add a tracking phone number or QR code if you are using one.

Draw the area

Search a postcode, draw the boundary on the map, and get an estimated residential property count for the area you have selected.

Split it into routes

Divide the campaign into named routes a person can realistically walk. Each route carries its own expected properties, leaflet quantity, pay rate and deadline.

Offer the work

Check who is available, then offer routes to your distributors. They get the map, the quantity, the pay and the terms, and accept or decline from their phone.

Deliver and track

The distributor presses Start when they begin. The route is recorded as they walk it, pauses and all, and uploads even if the signal drops.

Complete and invoice

They record how many leaflets went out and anything that went wrong, then raise an invoice from that work. You approve it, reject it with a reason, or mark it paid.

Measure what it produced

Log the enquiries that came in and which became jobs. The campaign then shows cost per enquiry, cost per job, revenue and return on spend.

What a distributor sees

The distributor side is deliberately plain. Work offered, work accepted, today's routes, and one large Start button. While they are walking there is a map, their position, the route boundary, and buttons to pause or finish. Nothing else competes for a thumb.

Location is recorded only between Start and Finish. There is no background tracking, and the distributor can see exactly when tracking is running.
